• What documents are required for settlement?

  For citizens of the Russian Federation:

  • the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation (the main passport);
  • a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (passport), ONLY for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation.

  Children:

  • under 14 years of age - a child's birth certificate;
  • from 14 to 18 years old – a passport;
  • written consent of the child's parents (legal representatives) to be accompanied in free form if the child does not check into the hotel with his parents (legal representatives) (you can use the sample consent form at the link - Example of written consent)
  • A copy of the passport of the legal representative who issued the consent must also be attached to the consent.

  For foreign citizens, thedocuments required in accordance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are:

  • valid passport;
  • a valid migration card;
  • a valid visa;
  • other documents confirming legal presence in the territory of the Russian Federation (varies for citizens of different countries).
• Why check—in at the hotel from 14 o'clock, and check-out at 12 o'clock, because a day is 24 hours?

  According to clause 21 of the Rules for the provision of hotel services, the arrival at the hotel and departure from the consumer's hotel are carried out taking into account the time of arrival and time of departure (check-out time), which are set by the contractor, i.e. the hotel, taking into account local peculiarities and specifics of the activity. The difference between the time of the consumer's departure from the room and the consumer's arrival in the room may not exceed 3 hours. This time is necessary for cleaning and preparing the room for the arrival of the guest.

  The Rules of Accommodation set the following check-in and check-out times:

  • Check—in starts at 14:00 on the day of arrival, local time;
  • Check—out is until 12:00 on the day of departure, local time.

  Thus, the difference between the time of the guest's departure from the room and the guest's arrival in the room is 2 hours, which fully complies with the current legislation.

  According to paragraph 27 of the Rules for the provision of hotel services, the contractor may set a daily or hourly fee for accommodation. If the hotel has established a daily payment for accommodation, the hotel fee is calculated per day, determined in accordance with the time of arrival and time of departure (check-out time) set by the contractor.

• Why does the same number cost differently on different dates? Why did the room get cheaper/more expensive for my dates?

  We apply dynamic pricing for hotel services. This means that the price of a room at any given moment is influenced by a number of factors — the level of demand, the season or specific dates, events in the city, prices in neighboring hotels. Therefore, the price for the same room on different dates may vary. The changes are automatic and can occur several times a day.

• Is it allowed to smoke in the hotel and in the rooms?

  In accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, smoking is prohibited in rooms and other hotel premises.

  In case of detection of the fact of smoking, upon departure, the Guest will be obliged to compensate 5,000 (Five thousand) rubles – the cost of the hotel for carrying out an extraordinary special cleaning to eliminate the effects of smoking.

• There are no hygiene items in the room, where can I get them?

  If you need hygiene supplies (dental, shaving, sewing kit, etc.), please contact the receptionist and they will be delivered to your room.

• Are closing documents provided for reporting?

  Yes. If you need closing documents for reporting, please notify the administrator upon check-in and the documents will be ready by the time you check out.

• Would I like to arrive earlier or leave later than the scheduled time?

  We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and whenever possible (availability of rooms), we try to provide early check-in or late check-out as a compliment.

  However, to ensure early check-in or late check-out, please contact the hotel directly in advance.

  Guaranteed early check-in (from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) is confirmed by the hotel, subject to availability of rooms and guaranteed payment from the Guest. The cost of early check-in is 50% of the daily rate.

  The possibility of late check-out (from 12:00 to 18:00) is confirmed by the hotel, subject to availability of rooms and with a guarantee of payment from the Guest. The cost of late check-out is 50% of the daily rate.

• How can I pay for the services?

  You can pay for your stay in any convenient way: in cash, by bank card, online via a link, as well as by an invoice from the company.

• Can I not give consent to the processing of personal data?

  To conclude a contract for the provision of hotel services, the guest must provide the hotel with his personal data contained in the identity document and, accordingly, consent to their processing. Otherwise, the conclusion of the contract is impossible.

• Are documents required for re-occupancy?

  The original documents must be presented at each check-in at the hotel.
